The tacos were honestly a fail. Tortilla was literally a cold floppy tortilla right out of the bag, it wasn't cooked/toasted in the skillet the way real Mexican tacos are. The result? The texture was dry and crumbly. Steak meat was super lean (dry and bland). The Steak should be at least a little marbled so that it will be flavorful.

Never disappointed in Rubio's. Every time we come into town it's a must place to go. The original fish taco is still my favorite. Venue is small & can get crowded at times but I don't care. I'll wait for that taco!!! And yes...I went on Taco Tuesday!! 😁

Unfriendly staff. Food was way overcooked and dry, and the salsa bar was dirty and almost empty. . I wont be going back any time soon.
